We can use this information to better understand you, our client population, and thus the needs in our community. This can help us improve our services and potentially advocate for more resources to serve you better. Be assured that this survey is completely anonymous – no identifying information would be recorded or associated with individual responses and data is only ever reported as summarized/aggregated data.
